ACHIEVEMENTS

Achievements and services provided as per targets for the year 2018-19 in block hazratbal.

1. In J&K state only SDH hazratbal and UPHC Nishat have been identified by the state under quality assurance  and control in  management of  different services .
2. Block Hazratbal is at the top in all the block/ zones of District Srinagar in achieving targets under RCH / HMIS services .
3. Block Hazartbal was the first block in district srinager in achieving 100% targets in Measles Rubella Compaign.
4. Routine festival camps round the clock at Hazratbal Shrine were appreciated by the District  Administration and wakf board
5. Regular CME/ Refresher trainings started by the Deptt. Of SPM for the staff of block hazratbal .
6. One CBC analyzer to UPHC tailbal and One  new dental chair to SDH Hazratbal was provided by GMC this year in order to improve the services for patient care.
7. Facilities of lab services started for 24*7 services at SDH hazratbal.
