Ø Critical Care Update
1st Annual National Critical Care Update Conference & workshop held on 15 & 16
Oct 2024 – from pioneering research to real-world solutions.
The Critical Care Update 2024 was a celebration of knowledge and collaboration.
Ø Airway Management in A&E Bay – CME & workshop
The academic fest held under the aegis of STACC, endorsed by AIDAA & ISA on 12th Oct 2025.
Ø The Palliative Care Update CME & workshop held on 15 Nov 2025 – aimed at teaching the pivotal role of palliative care in ensuring dignity, comfort & holistic support of patients.
Ø ELNEC (End of Life Nursing Education Consortium) held on 21st & 22nd Nov 2025, where 25 nurses got trained for 2 days by Ms. Hanife Mac Ganwell a world-renowned palliative care Nurse.
Ø CME on Antibiotic Stewardship Program held by the department on 20th December, 2025
- BLS training program for the postgraduates of all the departments held for one week , resulted in a powerful stride towards a future of fearless and skilled caregivers. A gesture of fostering a skilled workforce.
- Started New OT block at Bone and Joint Hospital on 27/08/2025. A bench mark of safe Anesthesia and clean surgeries.
- A walk of compassion for palliative care – a walkathon held on 14/10/2025.
- A successful plantation drive by the department in collaboration with the ISA City Branch Srinagar, in which 60 trees were planted across the lush campus of 500 bedded Children’s Hospital Bemina – a step towards a healthier & greener future.
