Government Medical College, Karan Nagar, Srinagar conducted an Anti-Ragging Awareness Session on 12-08-2025 to mark Anti-Ragging Day as declared by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

The session was organised by the Department of Anatomy, GMC Srinagar. Speaking on the occasion, Prof. (Dr) Gh. Mohd Bhat, Head of the Department of Anatomy, sensitized students about the various measures in place to prevent ragging, thereby ensuring a safe and respectful academic environment in the institution.

The event was attended by faculty members, students, and staff of GMC Srinagar. At the conclusion of the event, Prof. (Dr) Saleem, Deputy Registrar Academics, respectfully thanked all participants for gracing the occasion and conveyed his sincere appreciation to the Head of the Department of Anatomy for organising this informative programme.
